1. Single Facilitator License:

Each certification purchase grants one (1) individual facilitator license to deliver the Rhythm of the Heart curriculum within their organization or community.

Licenses are issued per individual facilitator and may not be transferred or shared. Each facilitator who delivers the program must hold their own valid license.

2. Authorized Use:

Certified facilitators may use the Rhythm of the Heart curriculum to:

• Deliver educational workshops or community presentations
• Facilitate the Rhythm of the Heart™ program in community settings
• Use official curriculum materials provided through the facilitator training

Authorized facilitators may use the curriculum within:

• community programs
• educational settings
• nonprofit or public health initiatives
• professional training environments

3. Prohibited Uses:

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Reproducing or distributing curriculum materials outside the licensed program
• Uploading curriculum materials to public or internal databases accessible to unlicensed individuals
• Selling, sublicensing, or modifying the curriculum for commercial resale
• Allowing individuals who are not licensed facilitators to teach the program
• Representing the curriculum as your own intellectual property

Unauthorized use may result in termination of license and legal enforcement of intellectual property protections.

4. Institutional Purchases:

Organizations that wish to certify multiple facilitators must purchase one license per facilitator. Institutional or group licensing options may be available upon request.

5. License Duration:

Each certification includes a one-year facilitator license, beginning on the date of certification. License renewal ensures continued access to:

• updated curriculum materials
• program guidance
• facilitator support resources

6. Intellectual Property:

The Rhythm of the Heart curriculum, training materials, and program framework are the exclusive intellectual property of Uniquely Defined, LLC. All materials are protected by intellectual property law. No portion of the curriculum may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without written permission.

7. Agreement to Terms:

By purchasing certification access, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with these licensing terms. Violation of these terms may result in revocation of certification and license privileges.

8. Program Provider:

The Rhythm of the Heart curriculum is delivered through Wellness Elevated, an educational platform operated by Uniquely Defined, LLC.
